Volunteers are requested to help gather water quality data on the Dry Run Creek Watershed located in the Cedar Falls. We will meet at the Cedar Falls Tourism and Visitors Bureau just before 9:00 a.m. to get registered. Individuals will be grouped together and assigned several water monitoring locations within Cedar Falls. After a brief training on proper monitoring instructions groups will be sent out to collect water samples and field data.
This event will take place rain or shine so volunteers are encouraged to dress accordingly. Minimum age is 18 unless a legal guardian is available. No previous experience is necessary as training and equipment will be provided.
