Job Summary:
Housing Retention Volunteers will play an important role in FOF’s proven process. Volunteers will contact former FOF clients to check in and track success of their current housing.
What You Will Do:
- Utilize EmpowerDB, FOF’s client database to access former clients follow up dates and contact information
- Contact former clients and fill in our FOF’s Housing Retention Survey
- Provide Information on available community resources and assist in resource navigation to support attaining and maintaining housing if needed
- Comply with data tracking and documentation requirements
