Cedar Bend Humane Society accepts plastic and aluminum bottles from the public year round. This program allows the shelter to redeem additional funds to help support the animals and our mission. It is possible to raise up to $10,000 if we can sort enough bags. However, we cannot do it without volunteer help. On September 16th and 18th, CBHS broadens its volunteer reach to the public and asks for help sorting our current recycling inventory.
Plus, volunteers can sneak in a few treats to the kitties and pups while theey're at it.
