Front Desk Volunteers are essential to running our day-to-day operations here at Ronald McDonald House. They assist with the following duties:
- Help answer the phones
- Answer families’ questions
- Take referral information
- Import data into our software system
- Answer front door
- Accept donations
Our volunteer shifts are 7 days a week at the following times: 9am-12pm; 12pm-3pm; 3pm-6pm; and 6pm-9pm. We request that Front Desk Volunteers remain consistent with their weekly shift in regard to same day and time each week. All our volunteers are properly trained and receive ongoing support in the office.
