Purpose/Objective:
We have two staple events who are looking for more passionate committee members to join the efforts. Community Main Street is also looking to plan a new festival and could use some brilliant minds to help brainstorm.
Key Responsibilities:
We need volunteers are love logistics in planning all the details of the event from volunteer coordination and recruitment to marketing brainstorming. Typically being a part of the committee also means you are all hands on deck for the day of the event as well.
Qualifications:
Experience with events and coordination of any sort of volunteer/employee is a bonus but we can always train and guide along the way. The number one qualification we are looking for is passion and excitement to be a part of a growing and fun community in the Downtown District.
Leadership Opportunity:
We are in need of leaders to help with creativity as well as leading us up to and through the event. Leadership for all of our committees takes excitement and organization to keep us all on task and ensure that all the events represent not only downtown well but our community.
