House of Hope is looking for a friendly individual to answer phones and greet guests as they come into the office. Responsibilities will include
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, donors, volunteers and potential program participants
- Facilitate a warm and welcoming environment during business hours
- Answer incoming calls and occasionally take messages.
- Light administrative duties
- Light cleaning and dusting in front and office areas.
- Gain an understanding of House of Hope processes in order to provide accurate information and represent the organization in a positive manner
The shifts can be split among volunteers.
