Voluntine's Day

Are you single and looking for something to do on February 14? Or are you and your significant other looking for something different to do on Valentine’s Day? Then the Northeast Iowa Food Bank has a great opportunity for you that we are calling Voluntine's Day. We are having open volunteer times from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Volunteers will be helping us with various projects. This opportunity is only available for people 19+. To sign up, go to our volunteer page or email Dan at dbohnker@northeastiowafoodbank.org.

If you can’t volunteer but would like to participate that day, we also are doing a special Valentine’s food drive. You can drop off canned food donations anytime from 4-7 pm. Just drive to the back side of the Northeast Iowa Food Bank and a volunteer or staff member will help you unload your donation.

All those participating in Voluntine's Day (volunteering or making a donation) will receive a special Valentine’s Day Card from the Northeast Iowa Food Bank.
