Volunteers are needed to assist with the set up and leading of different activities. Examples include physically- and mentally-inspiring games, crafts, and some outside building trips within the local community. Daily interaction with the residents would include having lunch or supper with them and encouraging socialization and conversations with others. Clerical duties are also available for volunteers if desired.
Volunteers can serve as often as their schedules allow, though half days are desired as a minimum. Volunteers will also have access to the snack bar and can participate in the meal taking place during their shift.
