Guiding Star Cedar Valley is holding a semi-formal Gala Event on the night of Tuesday, May 22nd. Volunteers are needed to greet guests, direct the flow/traffic of people, and check in guests. Volunteers will also be needed to help with setting up decorations and tear down.
Volunteers helping with set-up will work during the day on May 22nd, volunteers helping during the event will be asked to arrive at 5 p.m. Volunteers helping with tear down will need to be at the venue by 7:30 p.m.
