Operation Santa is underway in the Cedar Falls Downtown District! Don’t miss Santa Claus’ grand entrance on Friday, November 24th as he arrives to help us kick off the Holiday Hoopla seasonal celebration in the district! Join us on Main Street for live musical entertainment, special appearances by your favorite holiday characters, fireworks and more from 6-8 p.m.
- Adult Helpers at Santa's Workshop Volunteers are needed - Help in Santa's Workshop (corner of Main & 4th Street) by managing the line and helping the student elf volunteers from 5:45 - 7:30 p.m.
- Olaf Costume Character Volunteers are needed - Pick up your costume at Black Hawk Hotel (ask for instructions at the front desk), then walk up and down Main Street from Stop to interact and take pictures with children & families. Costumes fit an average size adult.
- Sven Costume Character Volunteers are needed - Pick up your costume at Black Hawk Hotel (ask for instructions at the front desk), then walk up and down Main Street from 5:45 - 7:30 p.m. Stop to interact and take pictures with children & families. Costumes fit an average size adult.
