Fall-into-Wishes is a weekend long raking event that takes place in Cedar Falls. The Northern Iowa Wishmakers are a branch of Make-A-Wish Iowa that strives to grant the wish of a child with a life-threatening medical condition in the Cedar Valley. During this event, homes will pay us for each 50 gallon bag of leaves we fill, and our money raised will be applied to our wish fund. This event does last the majority of both Saturday and Sunday; however we would be very appreciative of all hours put forth on one or both days.
We are looking for team players to assist us on these days! We also suggest volunteers come dressed in closed-toed shoes and bring work gloves and a water bottle to be more comfortable throughout the day.
