Volunteers provide support to returning citizens working to reintegrate into the community successfully. Through Mentoring and Circles of Support and Accountability. Volunteers assist the mentee/circle member with identifying, planning, and achieving goals.

Mentors: This position provides mentor support through one-on-one weekly meetings, helping the client to determine needs and goals, and grow a relationship to help inspire the client to be a positive and productive member of the community.
Circles of Support and Accountability - The Circle of Support and Accountability is comprised of (4-7 people) and supports core members through biweekly/hour-long meetings as a group. This group helps the client set and strive for goals and advancements in life to help the client reach their life goals within the community. They help the client by providing resources for them, like pathways to education, better employment, and life skills.
