Office Hospitality
- Greeting and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for non-English speaking individuals and families seeking help
- Distributing screening forms for client completion
- Directing clients with appointments to the correct room to meet with their immigration attorney or case manager
- Scan/copy documents as needed
- General Administrative support
Afternoons when people are finished with work and school for the day tend to be the busiest times, but a compassionate, skilled volunteer would be appreciated regardless of the time of day.
