It is that time of year again and we are looking for some volunteers for the Battle of Waterloo Wrestling Tournament.
On December 16 and 17 Waterloo West, Waterloo East and Waterloo Columbus High Schools will host the “Battle of Waterloo”. The Battle of Waterloo is a two-day, thirty-two team dual wrestling tournament. The tournament will be held at Young Arena.
The Battle of Waterloo committee is currently seeking volunteers to assist with the tournament. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Bracket posting and coping
- Ticket Takers & Visitor Trackers
- Program Sellers
- Runners
- Hospitality
- Gate / Entry workers
- Team Check-in
- Volunteer Check-in
Volunteers will be needed for the following times on both Friday and Saturday:
Session 1 – 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Session 2 – 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
(two sessions each day Dec. 16 and 17)
