The Waterloo Center for the Arts operates under the auspices of the City of Waterloo and Culture & Arts Commission, the Center and its programs, reflect the City's commitment to and support of arts and culture. The Center’s mission is to stimulate inquiry, provoke dialogue & connect people through the arts. The Phelps Youth Pavilion, Riverloop Amphitheatre & Expo Plaza and Waterloo Boathouse are all under the center's purview.
The Commission meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month starting at 3:30pm. Meetings may be virtual or in-person.
