What We Do
The Waterloo Center for the Arts, a part of the City of Waterloo, is a truly remarkable community resource utilized by over 283,420 visitors annually. The WCA includes the Phelps Youth Pavilion, multiple galleries, classrooms and indoor and outdoor event spaces, including the RiverLoop Amphitheatre, Mark’s Park and Expo Plaza.
