Individuals or groups can collect holiday donations for Waypoint's Domestic Violence Victim Services Program in Black Hawk County. Waypoint will be accepting new books, toys, and games for children to age 12, stocking stuffers, and household gifts for mothers (no candles, body wash, etc.). Donations can be dropped at at Waypoint's office in Waterloo (1515 Lafayette Street) between November 1 and December 9.
