Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging

Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging helps older persons respond to their evolving needs and choices. We do this by ensuring older adults have access to supports that empower them to live with choice and dignity in their communities. 

Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging coordinates services for individuals to help them maintain the independence they desire. Services we provide include option counseling, case management, nutrition programs, caregiver support, respite services, evidence base health programs, advocacy, and recreation and education programs. 

NEI3A serves following counties in Iowa: Allamakee, Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Grundy, Hardin, Howard, Jackson, Marshall, Poweshiek, Tama, Winneshiek.
