Family & Children's Council (FCC) is program through Allen Child Protection Center at Unity Point Health in Waterloo whose mission is to prevent child abuse and strengthen families. FCC works toward its mission through prevention education programs in the schools and support for families and training for professionals and community members. Consisting of program volunteers, local leaders, Exchange Club members and human service professionals, FCC has proudly served the Black Hawk County Community for more than 25 years.
