Who We Are

Our mission is to advocate for abused and neglected children that are involved in the juvenile court system.

What We Do

Volunteers are assigned to one child (one sibling group) at a time and advocate for them in the juvenile court system. They become a second set of ears and eyes for the judge ensuring that while the child is in the system that the child's needs are being met. The CASA Program has been in Black Hawk County since 2000. The first program developed in Seattle Washington in 1977. There are over 900 programs in the United States.
