We exist to be a first stop for people facing an unplanned pregnancy, to address at risk sexual behavior, and to help build healthy families. Providing FREE and CONFIDENTIAL services to the Cedar Valley.
What We Do
Since 1991, Alternatives Pregnancy Center has had the privilege of providing a wide range of services to thousands of citizens in the Cedar Valley area. Free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds, free parenting education, free std/sti tests, pregnancy options information, material assistance, referral, and emergency diapers.
