Sturgis Falls Overman Entertainment is an operational entity of the Cedar Basin Jazz Festival, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation organized exclusively for charitable purposes. the focus of Sturgis Falls Overman Entertainment is the planning, organizing and production of an annual celebration intended to honor the City of Cedar Falls and the community's roots and it's future. Sturgis Falls showcases local, regional and national talent, provides diversified entertainment for all ages and provides an opportunity for volunteer and civic groups to support their purpose.
