Greens to Go

It's our mission to bring fresh, healthy, affordable, and locally-sourced produce into areas that need it most. We work in collaboration with UNI, Waterloo farmers, and Covenant Clinic to create healthy communities, combat chronic disease, and alleviate poverty.

We source fresh produce from producers in Black Hawk and surrounding counties and sell it at four mobile produce stands located in areas of the Cedar Valley that lack grocery store access or other access to fresh foods.
