Volunteer: Lexington Estates

Long Term Care at BCHC has been renamed to Lexington Estate. Opening its doors in 1968 Lexington Estate at BCHC has provided compassionate and quality care to the aging population of Buchanan County for over forty-five years. Lexington Estate is a 39-bed certified nursing facility attached to the campus of BCHC; allowing for optimal medical attention when illnesses and emergencies arise.

The renaming of Long Term Care at BCHC establishes the enhanced commitment to providing excellent quality of life to residents and to ensure trust and comfort to residents and their families. “We chose to change Long Term Care’s name to Lexington Estate not only to give our facility an updated look, but also to connect to the community while instilling our commitment to excellence,” commented Angel Decker, Director of Long Term Care.

In addition to providing certified nursing care, Lexington Estate offers a variety of amenities and activities with the convenience of medical services on site.
