Northeast Iowa Food Bank is getting several pallets of perishable and produce on the week of January 6th through 11th. These items have a very short shelf life. So we have a very short time to sort through this product before it expires. Volunteers will help check the condition and expiration date to make sure the food we give out is still acceptable.
