Campers ages 6-12 will spend the week immersing themselves in life during some of America’s most important conflicts. Assist campers in fighting to preserve our nation during the Civil War, dig in with trench warfare during the Great War, island hop around the Pacific during the Second World War, engage in the first air-to-air combat between jet fighters during the Korean Conflict and fight the elements in the jungles of Vietnam. Each day the campers will be transported to a different era to find out what their life might have been like on the front lines and the home front.
This camp will meet Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - Noon July 17-21st at the Grout Museum. Volunteer to assist one day or all week!
