Campers ages 6-12 will explore the science of what’s biting them. Help them examine the what, why, when and how of mosquitos, fleas, ticks, and other parasites. Campers will come face to face with some of nature’s own bloodsuckers including leeches and lampreys. Assist them in learning why bloodsuckers are important to the exosystem and why different bloodsuckers are attracted to us.
This camp will meet Monday-Friday 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM July 10-14th at the Bluedorn Science Imaginarium. Volunteer to assist one day or all week!
