What better way to honor our veterans and their families by helping to serve box lunches or assist kids with Memorial Day inspired craft activities.
The lunches will be served 11:00-1:00 after the Memorial Day Parade in downtown Waterloo at the Sullivan Brothers Iowa Veterans Museum. We will need help handing out lunches, making and serving lemonade and clean up which should be completed by 1:00 or shortly after.
The Grout and Sullivan Brothers Iowa Veterans Museum will be open 11:00 am - 3:00 pm that day with kids activities in the lobby of the museum. Join in the fun assisting kids with outdoor games and face painting!
This is a family friendly volunteer opportunity!
