For more than 40 years, residents and visitors have gathered to celebrate, showcase and enjoy all that the city has to offer. Description
Earlier shifts will:
Volunteers will setup the parade route, staging and keeping flow of parade.
Later shifts will:
Volunteers will walk the parade route and staging area to pick up trash and take down barricades.
