Receive a monetary stipend for participation in the Getting Ahead Program?
You will examine your own experience of poverty as well as explore community issues that impact poverty such as banking, housing, jobs and transportation. Through the workshops you will assess your own resources as a part of a move to a greater self-sufficiency while gaining concepts, tools and relationships to make a difference not only in your life but in the life of our community.
