Established in 1979, Cedar Valley Hospice is the expert provider of hospice care in Northeast Iowa. As a non-profit, we uphold the highest standards for our employees who help families manage advanced illnesses and symptoms 24 hours a day.

Approximately 1,000 patients and families are served annually through our hospice care program. Our patients and their families can depend on Cedar Valley Hospice to provide the highest quality care for them and their loved ones, allowing the patient to focus on Making Each Moment Matter!

Cedar Valley Hospice provides care for all – regardless of age, diagnosis or ability to pay. Beyond hospice care, our other services include: the area’s only Hospice Home; palliative care for those with a serious illness who may not be ready for or eligible for hospice; adult and children’s grief programs (offered free to anyone in the community); and free case management for those with HIV or AIDS.

We have offices in Waterloo, Grundy Center, Waverly and Independence and serve 15 counties.
