Join us for the Martin Luther King Jr. National Day of Service 2026! Individuals age 6 and over are invited to help package food for the Northeast Iowa Food Bank in support of the BackPack Program.

The MLK National Day of Service is a great opportunity for students, professionals, families, and community members to gather and serve on this commemorative day! This opportunity is free and open to the Cedar Valley community. 

Group sizes are limited to 25 total per business/school district/organization/entity. Please be respectful in our goal to allow as many as possible to participate. The Volunteer Center of Cedar Valley would be happy to assist you in setting up another volunteer experience if you don't fit into these parameters.
